The buildings are very colorful and massive here, I read in my travel guide that this started when the king ordered that buildings shouldn't be made of wood anymore because of the so many fires in the city.
Finally have a chance to go online and post about my trip here in Stockholm. This trip is running very well, the weather is brilliant, the Swedes are very friendly and my friend is taking good of me very well - I cannot ask for more.
